Sakib Kadak, Co-Founder and President
As one of the founders and President of the company, Sakib provides overall vision and strategic direction for the company. His focus is to execute on a plan to ensure Blink continues to grow on the foundation of innovation by staying ahead of the curve. His core strengths are building and sustaining strong client relationships, providing oversight for project delivery teams, and managing the Blink US practice.
Sakib has over 16 years of experience in Business Information Technology with a core focus on Packaged Applications and associated Technologies. He has a keen focus on delivering CXO Strategic initiatives, IT Portfolio Management, as well as executing and managing full life-cycle implementations. He has experience across a multitude of industries including High-Tech, Financial Services, Retail, Healthcare & Life Sciences, and Manufacturing.
Prior to founding Blink Consulting, he held leadership positions at Deloitte Consulting LLP, Arthur Andersen LLP, and Oracle Corporation responsible for building and sustaining practices.
Sakib holds an Executive Leadership Certificate from Harvard Business School and has a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Engineering from Boston University, Massachusetts.
Sachin Bakhai, Co-Founder and Chief Operating Officer
As the co-founder and the Operations Officer, Sachin primarily focuses on managing key accounts for Blink Consulting as well establishing and growing Blink's global delivery capabilities. He has played an instrumental role in building Blink's offshore global delivery center in Pune, India. Providing technology strategy, vision and leadership for developing and implementing information technology initiatives that improve cost effectiveness and bottom line results during implementation.
Sachin has over 14 years experience in serving the business community in implementing Oracle applications business suite. He has been involved in leading and implementing Manufacturing, Financials and CRM oracle applications and is considered as one of the leading authorities in Oracle CRM technologies.
Prior to founding Blink Consulting Sachin held leadership positions at Oracle and was also the founder of another successful Oracle practice in Boston.
Sachin holds a Master of Science in Management Information Systems from Northeastern University, Massachusetts and Bachelor of Engineering in Electronics Engineering from Bombay University, India.
Mike Bittner, VP Partner and Channel Sales
Mike provides channel sales leadership for the company. His main focus is to build a strong and extensive partner and direct client base that allows Oracle Consulting firms and our Clients to take advantage of Blink’s onshore/offshore value proposition within the BI and Oracle EBS marketplace as well as provide valuable project resources to our customers and partners.
Mike has over 25 years of Information Technology experience, with focus in Business Applications, Business Intelligence and Predictive Analytics. Mike has been active in the Oracle marketplace for the past 17 years and has helped various organizations create a strong value proposition with their Applications.
Prior to joining Blink Consulting, he held leadership positions at SPSS, the Hackett Group (Answerthink) and Deloitte Consulting.
Mike holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Accountancy from Northern Illinois University.
India Operations
Subhash Chander Sikka, Director
Retired as Director and General Manager of Oriental Insurance Co. Was on Board of Directors of Companies like Central Warehousing Corporation, Govt of India, Digvijay Cements Ltd Calcutta. Currently also acting as a Consulting Risk Management Professional.

Rishikesh Sardeshmukh, Assistant Vice President
Rishikesh leads Blink's India operations. He manages Oracle delivery practice with main focus area to continue strengthening the offshore practice, delivery processes, recruiting, and training. He also focuses on building the strategic partnership with the domestic companies. He leverages his GE based practices and ensures that delivery is 'quality' driven hard across all aspects of project delivery.
Rishikesh has 12 years of experience in Oracle technologies and provided value added services to large global clients like General Electric, Cummins. He has led several large global implementations, roll-outs and support projects of Oracle E-Business Applications, both from a functional and technical perspective, and has deep expertise in all key Oracle Financials and Manufacturing modules.
Prior to joining Blink, Rishikesh lead several initiatives and implementations in GE and Cummins.
Rishikesh holds a Master in Business Administration in Systems and Operations Research Management and a Bachelor of Engineering in Polymer Science from Pune University, India. He has completed ‘GE Leadership’ program and is also a certified Six Sigma Green Belt professional.
